Joseph is a Director at Kassin Sabbagh Realty. When joining in 2012 Joe specialized in residential sales in NYC where he sold multi million dollar condos, co-ops and townhouses through out the city. From his residential expertise he worked on many different townhouse assemblages which are some of the most notable Upper East side condo developments today, 109 East 79th street; Originally 4 houses totaling an Acquisition cost of $112M, that project is near completion and expected to sellout for over $450m. When the pandemic hit in March 2020, New York City real estate took a turn and Joseph had to make a pivot in his career which turned into the red hot industrial real estate market. Joe has been involved in selling over $200m in existing warehouses, self storage facilities, outdoor storage facilities and truck parking industrial yards through out the Northeast and Southeast markets. Joseph continues to be a true New York investment sales broker and still works on many commercial and residential deals in Manhattan as well as the boroughs.
