David Chera

David Chera is Assistant Vice President of Investment Sales at KSR. He started his career in real estate by leasing retail properties throughout New York City before joining the Investment Sales side in 2014. David has been involved in a number of exciting transactions representing both buyers and sellers. For example, he recently represented the seller in the sale of 714 9th Avenue- the $12.5M sale price broke the Price Per Square Foot record on that block, and David was able to execute the transaction in a relatively short time frame. In addition, David recently represented the buyer of 192 8th Avenue in Chelsea, assisting them in planning a new mixed-use condominium project on the site. David's broad deal experience has allowed him to create value for his clients, and he consistently keeps his clients' interests at the forefront of his business.
