Samuel Chera

Samuel Chera is a Retail Leasing Specialist at KSR. He joined KSR in 2017 and has been working to build a reliable client base to serve in the future. Sam completed two summer internships at an investment bank before joining KSR. This experience has given him an analytical perspective and the ability to break down each potential transaction and advise his clients on their pros and cons. In addition, Sam's strong work ethic and analytical abilities were developed at university, where he studied economics. His ability to break down each problem and formulate a step-by-step solution has afforded him great success in a college setting while laying the groundwork for a successful career in the real estate industry. Sam is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany.
