Ori Melloul

Ori Melloul is a retail associate at KSR, Ori started as an intern at KSR in the summer of 2018 and was working on prospecting tenants, canvassing, putting together comps, and understanding the real estate/retail market. Since starting full time in 2019, Ori has obtained a considerable amount of experience in representing both landlords and tenants in the retail industry. On the tenant side, Ori has represented tenants such as Talea Beer, who leased a 10,000 SF brewery in Williamsburg as well as a taproom in Cobble Hill. On the landlord side, Ori has assisted and represented firms such as Rose Associates, Empire State Realty Trust, Highgate Properties, Friedland Properties, Tristar Management, Nationwide Management, ELK Investors, and Beachlane Management.
