Matt Fogel

Matt Fogel is a Director at KSR, focusing on commercial retail leasing. Since joining KSR in 2019. Matt has leased over 200,000 Square Feet of retail space in the New York Metropolitan Area and has also secured locations for his tenants in New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Matt has extensive knowledge and experience in representing both landlords and tenants. Some Landlords that Matt represents are Brookfield Properties, Rockpoint, Tavros Capital, Highgate Hotels, SW Management, Red Apple Group, L+M Development Partners, The Moinian Group, Klosed Properties, Phillips International, and KEW Management. On the tenant side, Matt represents Pura Vida Miami, IT’SUGAR, Playa Bowls, Felix & Paul Studios, Glaze Teriyaki, Sweathouz, Avocaderia, Unapologetic Foods, and many others. Matt completed a B.A. in Psychology and Business Management from The University of South Carolina.
