Ety Lee

Ety is excited to announce that she is joining KSR Realty, a full service, highly active boutique firm based in New York City with nearly 100 agents and over $1 billion in sales year to date. Ety Lee has over 20 years' experience in the sale and acquisition of commercial and residential properties, including office buildings, apartment buildings, condos, co-ops, townhouses, homes, hotels, development sites, loft buildings, retail shopping centers, retail condos, air rights transfers, packages of unsold units, self-storages, industrial properties and student housing in the United States, especially in Manhattan and the Tri-State area. Ety Lee was a Managing Director at now closed Eastern Consolidated and Vice President at Compass. Throughout her career she has been responsible for the sale, lease, and mortgage placement of over $1 billion in transactions. Ms. Lee graduated from the Chinese Culture University in Taipei, Taiwan, with distinction and worked on her master's degree at the New School University. Ms. Lee serves on the board of directors for the New York Shandong China Association, and is/was involved with ICOULDBE mentoring, The Dalton School, Hampton Soccer League, Asian Culture Club and is a mentor to many Asian students. She is also a member of The Real Estate Board of New York. Ms. Lee is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English. She resides in Manhattan with her family and summers in the Hamptons.
